疏肝理气建中法治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Shugan Liqi and Jianzhong Method in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的:观察疏肝理气建中法治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:设立治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以自拟方疏肝理气建中汤加减治疗,对照组予以莫沙必利分散片和马来酸曲美布丁片治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组73.3%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);中医症状积分比较:治疗组治疗前后积分比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后两组积分比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:疏肝理气建中法治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,无毒副反应,是治疗肝郁脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的有效方法之一。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Liqi Jianzhong Method for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods: To build up treatment group and controlled group. Giving the treatment group for Self-made Shugan Liqi Jianzhong Decoction,and Mosapride dispersible tablets and Trimebutine Maleate for the controlled group. Results: The total effectiveness of treatment group was 95. 7%,the controlled group was 73. 3%,the two groups had significant difference( P <0. 05); TCM symptom integral comparison: integral comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group was significant difference( P < 0. 01),integral to compare the two groups after treatment was significant difference( P < 0. 01),the treatment group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion: It has obviously curative effect of Shugan Liqi Jianzhong Method in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,non-toxic side effects,is one of the effective treatment methods of treating liver depression and spleen deficient and Qi stagnation type functional dyspepsia.
