当归补血汤加味治疗产褥期内持续性发热临床观察

Curative Observation of Using Danggui Buxue Decoction in the Treatment of Persistent Fever During Postpartum

目的:分析产褥期内出现持续性发热采用当归补血汤加味治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我科2013年1月~2014年5月的产褥热患者共120例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予头孢哌酮/舒巴坦加奥硝唑联合治疗,实验组在对照组基础上,加用当归补血汤加味治疗。对比两组患者治疗7天后的实验室指标、体温变化、临床症状消退时间、退热时间和临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗7天后的白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、CRP和ESR水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);实验组治疗7天后的白细胞、中性粒细胞百分比、CRP和ESR水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗7天后的体温显著低于治疗前,实验组治疗7天后的体温显著低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组的临床症状消退时间和退热时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。从统计结果来看,实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用当归补血汤加味联合抗生素治疗产褥期持续性发热临床疗效优于单用抗生素,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction in the persistent fever during postpartum.Methods: 120 cases of persistent fever during postpartum in our department from Jan 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental and controlled group. The controlled group was received cefoperazone / sulbactam + ornidazole. The experimental group was received Danggui Buxue Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. Laboratory parameters,temperature changes,clinical symptoms subside time,cooling time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The white blood cells,the percentage of neutrophils,CRP and ESR after 7 days of treatment in two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment,P < 0. 01. The white blood cells,the percentage of neutrophils,CRP and ESR of the experimental group were significantly lower than the controlled group,P < 0. 01. The body temperature treatment after 7 days of treatment was significantly lower than before treatment. The clinical symptoms subside time and fever clearance time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the controlled group,P < 0. 01. The total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher,P < 0. 05. Conclusion: The Danggui Buxue Decoction combined antibiotic treatment for persistent fever is more effective compared with antibiotics alone,which is worthy of promotion.
