何氏理筋手法治疗重度膝关节骨关节炎63例疗效分析

Efficacy of the treatment of 63cases of severe osteoarthritis of the knee tendon Ho-based approach

目的:观察及分析何氏理筋手法辅以其他中医外治法治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:根据何天祥教授对本病的理论认识"筋骨同病,膝关节为宗筋所聚"为基础,以辨筋施治为主,运用何氏理筋手法辅以其他中医传统外治法治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者63例,观察及分析治疗效果。结果:治愈40例,占63.5%,显效12例,占19.0%,有效8例,占12.7%,无效3例,占4.8%,总有效率95.2%。结论:何氏理筋手法为主,辅以其他中医传统外治法在治疗重度膝关节骨性关节炎中,具有明显减轻疼痛,改善关节功能,缓解临床症状,并且毒副反应少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective: To observe and analyze Ho tendon technique in combination with other Traditional Chinese Medicinal efficacy of the treatment of severe knee osteoarthritis. Methods: According to Professor He Tianxiang theoretical understanding of this disease,'bones with the disease,as were reinforced by the poly-knee'as the basis to distinguish muscle differentiation based,using Ho orthopedic specialties tendon in combination with other methods of traditional Chinese medicine External treatment of severe knee osteoarthritis patients with 63 cases,observation and analysis of the therapeutic effect. Results: cured40 cases,accounting for 63. 5%, effective in 12 cases, accounting for 19. 0%, effective 8cases, accounting for 12. 7%,3cases,accounting for 4. 8%,the total efficiency of 95. 2%. Conclusion: Ho orthopedic specialties tendon technique,combined with other external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe osteoarthritis of the knee,and has significantly reduced pain and improve joint function,relieve symptoms,and fewer side effects,is a kind of effective and safe treatment.
