摘要
针对放射性肺纤维化的病机为热毒伏络,气伤阴亏血瘀,病理特点为热伏、气耗、阴伤、血瘀,内伏热毒在放射性肺损伤的发生及向肺纤维化转变进程中起关键作用。课题组总结出清透伏热、益气养阴、活血充络的治疗原则,注重清透伏热治法,以干预放射性肺损伤肺纤维化的发生为切入点,探析清透伏热治疗方法在干预放射性肺纤维化进程中的作用机制。
The main cause of the Radiation Pulmonary Fibrosis( RPF) is the obstruction of the lung collaterals by the heat toxin stasis and blood stasis,and the lack of Qi and Qin. Stasis-heat plays an important role in the process of transformation from Radiation-induced Lung Injury( RILI) to RPF. In order to cut off this process,the treatment is based on the therapeutic method to disperse the stasis-heat,benefit Qi and Yin and? activate blood and clear heat stasis. The key point is dissipating the stasisheat,it is the reason to explore the effective mechanism of stasis-dissipating during the treatment of RILI.
