加味二陈汤联合厄多司坦对大鼠分泌性中耳炎MUC蛋白的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价中西医结合方法在改善OME抑制及分解MUC黏蛋白的作用。方法:SD大鼠50只,随机分为五组,四组实验组(模型组、中药组、西药组、中西医组),建立肺炎链球菌大鼠分泌性中耳炎模型,采用RT-PCR技术检测MUC2、MUC5A mRNA在各组中耳黏膜中的表达。结果:与正常组比较,模型组MUC2、MUC5A含量显著增高;与模型组比较,各药物组含量显著下降,中西医组下降更为明显。结论:加味二陈汤联合厄多司坦可以更好地改善大鼠中耳黏膜蛋白MUC2、MUC5A分泌情况。 Objective: To evaluate the method of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine in improving the OME inhibition and decomposition of MUC mucin.? Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups,four experimental groups( model group,traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,combined Chinese and western medicine group) and a normal one; rat otitis media model was established by streptococcus pneumoniae,the expression of MUC2 and MUC5A in the middle ear mucosa was detected in each group by RT-PCR technology. Results: Compared with the normal group,MUC2 and MUC5A in model group increased; compared with the model group,the drug groups were significantly reduced,the combined Chinese and western medicine group decreased more obviously. Conclusion: Modified Erchen Decoction combined with erdosteine can inhibit and decompose the MUC2 and MUC5A protein secretion in middle ear mucosa better.
