破格救心汤对LVEF值降低心衰患者的治疗效果研究

Curative Effect Study of Using Poge Jiuxin Decoction in Patients with Heart Failure on the Decline of LVEF Value

目的:观察破格救心汤对LVEF值降低心衰患者的治疗效果。方法:以2014年3月~2015年3月在我院治疗的80例心衰患者为观察对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用破格救心汤。观察两组治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后的心功能指标、生活质量的改变。结果:观察组有效率高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前心功能指标无明显差别,治疗后两组LAD、RAD、LVESD、LVEDD和BNP降低,LVEF升高,观察组上述指标变化更明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者生活质量总分和各维度得分无明显差别,治疗后两组患者生活质量得分均有所提高,观察组提高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:破格救心汤配合西医疗法对心衰患者有较好的治疗效果,可明显提高患者的心功能和生活质量。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of using Poge Jiuxin Decoction in patients with LVEF heart failure.Methods: 80 cases of patients with heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the objects,and were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with western medicine treatment,the observation group were given Poge Jiuxin Decoction based on it. To observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups,the quality of life and index of heart function in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: The markedly effective and effective cases in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the controlled group,and ineffective and aggravation cases were significantly less than that in controlled group,the difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). The cardiac function indexes of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment,after treatment,lad,rad,LVESD,LVEDD and BNP of the two groups all decreased,left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF) all increased,the changes of these indicators in the observation group were more obvious( P <0. 05). Before treatment,scores of each dimension and total score of quality of life in the two groups had no significant difference,after treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups all improved,the observation group was more obvious( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Poge Jiuxin Decoction combined with western medicine has better therapeutic effect of patients with heart failure,which can significantly improve the heart function and life quality of the patients.
