益气升阳解毒方择时服药联合敷脐疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Time-choosing Medicating Yiqi Shengyang Jiedu Decoction Combined with Umbilical Compress Therapy in the Treatment of Ulcerative Coliltis

目的:观察益气升阳解毒方择时服药联合敷脐疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例;对照组口服美沙拉秦肠溶片,治疗组于每日21时内服并配合敷脐应用益气升阳解毒方。比较Baron内镜评分及黏膜组织学评分,评定综合疗效。结果:两组治疗前Baron内镜评分及黏膜组织学评分比较差别不大(P>0.05),两组治疗后Baron内镜评分及黏膜组织学评分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.33%优于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论:益气升阳解毒方内服联合敷脐择时应用能有效改善溃疡性结肠炎黏膜病变,疗效确切。

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Shengyang Jiedu Decoction by time-choosing medication combined with umbilical compress therapy in ulcerative colitis. Methods: 120 cases with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and controlled group,the treatment group was given Yiqi Shengyang Jiedu Decoction,the controlled group was given Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets. Results: The score of endoscopy and mucosal histology in the treatment group were lower than those in the controlled group( P <0. 05),the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Yiqi Shengyang Jiedu Decoction can effectively reduce mucosal lesion and has definite clinical effect on ulcerative colitis.
