附子黄参汤联合结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效分析

Curative Analysis of Combining Fuzi Huangshen Decoction and Colon Dialysis in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:本研究探讨用附子黄参汤灌肠联合结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取本院肾内科收治的慢性肾功能衰竭中、早期患者92例的病例资料,分中西结合组47例和西医组45例进行回顾性分析。两组患者均进行肾功能衰竭的基础治疗,中西结合组在基础治疗基础上给予附子黄参汤保留灌肠,1疗程为2周,4个疗程后观察临床效果。结果:两组患者治疗前中医症状积分差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗后与治疗前组内比较,P<0.05;两组间治疗后比较,P<0.05;两组肾功能指标治疗后与治疗前比较,P<0.05;两组间治疗后比较,Scr、Ccr、BUN差异明显,P<0.05,UA差异不明显,P>0.05;中西医结合组总有效率为93.62%,显著优于西医组总有效率(75.56%),P<0.05。两组未见明显不良反应。结论:对于中、早期肾功能衰竭患者在结肠透析等基础治疗的基础上,给予附子黄参汤保留灌肠治疗,效果明显,能明显缓解临床症状,改善肾功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Fuzi Huangshen Decoction enema combined with colon dialysis treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods: Chronic renal failure in our hospital from renal department of internal medicine treated in early patients with 92 cases,47cases in integrative medicine group and 45 cases in western medicine group were retrospectively analyzed. Two groups of patients underwent fundamental treatment of renal failure,integrative medicine group underwent Fuzi Huangshen Decoction retention enema on the basis of the basic treatment,2weeks' treatment was 1course,to observe the clinical effect after 4courses of treatment. Results: Two groups of patients before treatment,the difference of TCM symptom score was not significant,P > 0. 05; before the treatment,the comparison group,P < 0. 05; between the two groups after treatment,P <0. 05; two groups of renal function indexes before and after treatment,P < 0. 05; between the two groups after treatment,Scr,Ccr,BUN P <0. 05,UA had obvious difference and the difference was not obvious,P >0. 05; integrative medicine group,the total effective rate was 93. 62%,significantly better than the western medicine group that the total effective rate was 75. 56%,P <0. 05. Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: For based on early renal failure patients on the basis of colon dialysis therapy,giving Fuzi Huangshen Decoction retained enema in the treatment,the effect is obvious,can relieve clinical symptoms,improve renal function,worthy of clinical application.
