中西医结合治疗儿童变异性鼻炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combining Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis of Children

目的:观察中西医结合儿童变异性鼻炎的临床疗效观察。方法:选自我院耳鼻喉科门诊于2013年8月~2015年2月明确诊断的变异性鼻炎患儿86例。按照随机、对照、单盲法随机分为中西医组43例和西医组43例。西医组采用常规西药治疗,中西医组在西医治疗基础上结合中药汤剂治疗。两组总疗程均为12周。对比分析两组疗效,症状、体征评分,不良反应及随访复方情况。结果:中西医组总有效率(93.03%)高于对照组(75.47%)(P<0.05);治疗后中西医组与西医组症状、体征评分明显下降(P<0.05);治疗后中西医组症状、体征评分低于西医组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重药物副反应;中西医组复发率(13.95%)低于西医组(46.51%)(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合儿童变异性鼻炎的临床疗效明显,且用药安全性良好,值得研究。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine for children with variability rhinitis. Methods: 86 cases of variant rhinitis of children were selected from the department of ENT in our hospital in August 2013 to February 2015. According to the random,contrast and single blind method,43 cases of Chinese and western medicine and 43 cases of western medicine group were randomly divided into two groups. The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combination group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the western medicine treatment. The total treatment course of the two groups was 12 weeks. The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,the symptoms,signs score,adverse reactions and follow-up were compared. Results: The total effective rate of Chinese and western medicine combination group( 93. 03%) was higher than that of the controlled group( 75. 47%)( P <0. 05). After treatment,the symptoms and signs of TCM and western medicine combination group were significantly decreased( P <0. 05). The symptoms and signs of TCM and western medicine combination group were lower than that of the western medicine group( P <0. 05). The recurrence rate of Chinese medicine and western medicine combination group( 13. 95%) was lower than that of the western medicine group( 46. 51%)( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the children's variability rhinitis treated by integrative medicine is obvious,and the safety of drug use is good,it is worth of studying.
