针刺结合自血疗法治疗寻常痤疮临床观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Acupuncture Combined with Autohemotherapy in the Treatment of Acne

目的:观察针刺结合自血疗法治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将160名患者按就诊顺序分为四组,针刺组,针刺结合自血疗法组,西药内服组,西药外用组,各40例。治疗10日为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:针刺组总有效率87.5%,针刺结合自血疗法组总有效率92.5%,西药内服组总有效率82.5%,西药外用组总有效率77.5%。各组之间GAGS评分相互比较部分具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:治疗寻常痤疮,针刺结合自血疗法组的疗效最好,其次是针刺组,再次是西药内服组,西药外用组疗效较差。

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of applying acupuncture combined with autologous blood doping therapy in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: 160 patients in clinic order can be divided into four groups,acupuncture group,acupuncture combined with the blood doping group,western medicine internal medicine group and western medicine for external use group,40 cases in each. 10-day was a period of treatment,observing the curative effect after three courses. Results:The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 87. 5%,the acupuncture combined with the blood doping group was 92. 5%,the western medicine internal treatment group was 82. 5%,the western medicine for external use group was 77. 5%. GAGS score between groups to compare the part has a significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of acne vulgaris,the curative effect of the acupuncture combined with the blood doping group is best,followed by acupuncture group,another is the western medicine internal medicine group,the curative effect of the western medicine for external use group is the worst.
