穴位按摩联合CPM对膝关节置换术后早期功能恢复的疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Acupressure Combined with CPM for Early Functional Recovery of Post-TKA

目的:观察穴位按摩联合CPM对膝关节置换术后早期功能恢复的疗效。方法:对150例膝关节置换术后的患者随机分成干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理治疗加CPM锻炼,干预组在对照组的基础上联合穴位按摩治疗。2周后以VAS评分、肿胀程度和HSS临床疗效为指标,进行两组的疗效评价。结果:两组肿胀程度、VAS评分和HSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义,干预组优于对照组。结论:穴位按摩联合CPM能促进膝关节周围血液循环,疏通经络,是促进膝关节功能康复的有效方法。

Objective: To evaluate the early efficacy of acupressure combined with Continuous Passive Movement( CPM) on early rehabilitation after Total Knee Arthroplasty( TKA). Methods: A total of 150 subjects were randomly divided into 2groups. All subjects were given routine treatment combined with CPM,while subjects in experimental group received acupressure. The data of the 2groups including Visual Analogue Scale( AS),Swelling Score and the Hospital of Special Surgery( HSS) were monitored after 2weeks. Results: There was a significant difference in VAS( P < 0. 05),Swelling Score( P < 0. 05) and HSS( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Acupressure combined with CPM on post-TKA is an effective way to promote the early function of post-TKA patients.
