中老年女性膝骨关节炎患者中医体质类型与膝股四头肌肌力、身体骨骼肌含量的相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation Between the Type of Physical Constitution (TCM) and the Quadriceps Strength and the Percentage of Body Skeletal Muscle Massin Elderly Female Patients Who were Diagnosed with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中老年女性膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中医体质类型与膝关节力量、身体骨骼肌含量的关联。方法:选取2013~2015年在四川省骨科医院就诊的97例中老年女性KOA患者,评定其中医体质类型、体质积分、膝关节股四头肌肌力、身体骨骼肌含量百分比,分析中医体质类型、体质积分与膝关节股四头肌肌力、身体骨骼肌含量百分比的相关性。结果:患者9种中医体质类型与患侧、健侧膝关节股四头肌60°/s相对体重峰力矩、骨骼肌含量百分比均无相关性(P>0.05);患者9种中医体质体质积分与患侧、健侧膝关节股四头肌60°/s相对体重峰力矩、骨骼肌含量百分比均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:中老年女性膝骨关节炎患者中医体质类型是否与其膝关节股四头肌肌力、身体骨骼肌含量相关还有待进一步研究。

Objectives: To investigate the correlation between the type of physical constitution( TCM) and knee joint strength( KOA) and the percentage of their body skeletal muscle mass in elderly female patients who were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 97 cases of elderly female KOA patients who were diagnosed in Sichuan Province Orthopedic Hospital between 2013 and 2015 were selected. Secondly,we rated the patients' TCM constitution types,their scores of physical constitution,keen joint shares quadriceps muscle strength and the percentage of their body skeletal muscle mass. Thirdly,we analyzed the correlation between the patients' TCM constitution types and other modules. Results: There was no correlation between the 9 types of TCM constitution types and the stock relative weight peak torque under 60°/s of the effected side and the unaffected side in the keen joint shares quadriceps and the percentage of body skeletal muscle mass. There was no correlation between the scores of physical constitution of 9 types of TCM constitution and the stock relative weight peak torque under 60°/s of the effected side and the unaffected side in the keen joint shares quadriceps and the percentage of body skeletal muscle mass. Conclusions: Further study are needed to investigate whether there is correlation between the type of physical constitution( TCM) and the quadriceps strength and the percentage of body skeletal muscle mass in elderly female patients who are diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.
