补肾逐瘀汤治疗原发性痛经临床疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Bushen Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的:观察补肾逐瘀汤对原发性痛经的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月~2016年11月在我院接受治疗的原发性痛经患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方式分为对照组和治疗组,其中对照组给予血府逐瘀片治疗,治疗组给予补肾逐瘀汤治疗,两组患者均进行3个月的随机对照研究。观察两组患者的治疗效果,通过痛经临床症状评分变化和患者腹痛改善情况,比较二组治疗前后的临床疗效,并进行疗效评定,经过统计软件统计,得出治疗结论。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为84.84%,明显高于对照组75.76%(P=0.03);两组患者治疗前疼痛症状积分及VAS评分无明显差别,治疗后,治疗组疼痛症状积及VAS评分均低于对照组。结论:补肾逐瘀汤对原发性痛经有较好的治疗效果,可明显改善患者的症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with primary dysmenorrhea from December 2015 to November 2016 in our hospital,according to the treatment methods were divided into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Tablets,the observation group was given Bushen Zhuyu Decoction treatment. 1 month for the course of treatment,the patients in the two groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 97. 22%,significantly higher than the controlled group( x^2= 5. 063,P = 0. 024); Symptom score was no difference after treatment of the two groups of patients before treatment,abdominal pain or swelling,cold hands and feet and backache pain score of the observation group was lower than the controlled group; Two groups of patients before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemorheology index after treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen of the the observation group were lower than the controlled group; There was no difference in quality of life between the two groups before treatment. After treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the controlled group. Conclusion: Bushen Zhuyu Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
