中西医结合护理对老年髋关节置换术后康复的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Nursing on Rehabilitation for Elderly Patients after Hip Replacement

目的:观察循证护理对老年髋部骨折术后加快患者离床锻炼依从性的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月180例,随机分组,分成对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组使用常规护理措施,观察组使用循证护理措施。对比两组患者护理后遵医行为评分及护理满意度、髋关节功能评分。结果:观察组在使用提高早期离床坐的依从性循证护理措施后,患者遵医行为评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后的观察组髋关节功能评分总分(53.3±10.8),明显大于对照组组总分(39.1±11.1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用针对患者早期离床坐循证护理措施,可减少患者卧床时间,促使患者尽早离床坐,提高患者功能性锻炼,帮助患者尽快康复。

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on accelerated off bed exercise compliance for elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods: 180 cases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,90 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing. The compliance score,nursing satisfaction and hip joint function score of the two groups were compared. Results: After compliance evidence-based nursing which could accelerate off-bed sitting,compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group( P<0. 05). Patients' satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group( P< 0. 05). After intervention,the observation group's total hip function score( 53. 3±10. 8) was significantly higher than that of the controlled group( 39. 1±11. 1),the difference had statistical points( P<0. 05). Conclusion: The use of evidence-based nursing which accelerates early off bed sitting can reduce patient's lying time on bed,promote off bed sitting,improve functional exercise,and help patients recover as soon as possible.
