论肺经风热证在中医皮肤科的地位和运用

Status and Application of Lung-meridian Wind-heat Syndrome Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Dermatology

中医外科学与中医皮肤病学以肺经风热证命名的疾病中,仅粉刺病而已。然而,遗憾的是我们津津乐道的证型病机和选方,却与肺经风热证不符。深研肺经风热证的病机表现内容发现:多种皮肤疾病中普遍存在的证型-肺经风热证,却被称呼为其它证型,这让肺经风热证情何以堪?本文通过国家证候标准、教材以及相关文献为基础,深入研究该证型及相关证型的内涵和外延,讨论其地位和运用问题。

TCM surgery,named after the disease with lung-meridian wind-heat syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine skin disease,only acne disease. However,it is regrettable that we talk about the pathogenesis and syndromes are inconsistent with the election,lung-meridian wind-heat syndrome. The pathogenesis of content deep study of lung-meridian wind-heat syndrome that widely exists in various skin diseases syndrome,namely lung-meridian wind-heat syndrome is called,but other syndromes,which makes the lung wind heat syndrome too much to handle. On the basis of the national standard of syndrome,teaching materials and related documents,this paper studies the connotation and extension of this syndrome type and related syndrome type,and discusses the status and application of this syndrome.
