解毒活血汤对创面愈合患者创面分泌物细菌及组织学差异性分析

Analysis of Bacteria and Histology Difference of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on Wound Secretion for Patients with Wound Healing

目的:分析解毒活血汤对创面愈合患者创面分泌物细菌及组织学差异性。方法:选取2015年6月~2017年6月间在本院接受治疗下肢慢性溃疡患者126例,依据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组(63例)用凡士林纱布一片以覆盖创面,观察组(63例)在以上基础上加服解毒活血汤;观察患者临床疗效和创面愈合时间,观察肉芽组织内羟脯氨酸、血红蛋白及VEGF含量和微血管计数状况,计算患者创面的减少率并观察患者创面的肉芽生长状况,在治疗前和治疗后7、14、28天各记录1次。结果:观察组和对照组临床疗效分别为92.06%、69.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者愈合时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者肉芽组织内羟脯氨酸、血红蛋白、VEGF含量及微血管计数分别为(1.36±0.15)(g/mg、(1.38±0.09)(g/mg、(99.31±5.30)ng/mg及(22.79±3.11)个,对照组分别为(0.77±0.12)(g/mg、(0.76±0.10)(g/mg、(68.72±4.75)ng/mg及(13.73±2.61)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒活血汤对创面愈合患者疗效显著,能有效降低创面分泌物并提升肉芽内血红蛋白与羟脯氨酸含量加速创面愈合。

Objective: To analyze the difference of bacteria and histology in the wound secretion of wound healing patients by Jiedu Huoxue Decoction. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital for treatment of 126 cases of lower limb chronic ulcer patients divided into two groups,the controlled group(63 cases) was given with vaseline gauze piece to cover the wound,the observation group(63 cases) was given Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the controlled group; The clinical curative effect and wound healing were observed,and the hemoglobin content of hydroxyproline in granulation tissue of wound,calculation the reduction rate and growth status were observed in patients with wound granulation,before and after treatment in 7,14,28 days of the first record. Results: The clinical curative effect of the observation group and the controlled group were 92. 06% and 69. 84%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05),the healing time between the two groups of patients showed no significant difference(P > 0. 05); After treatment,The observation group in patients with granulation tissue hydroxyproline,hemoglobin,VEGF content and microvessel count respectively(1. 36 + 0. 15)(g/mg,(1. 38 + 0. 09) g/mg,(99. 31 + 5. 30) ng/mg and(22. 79+3. 11),the controlled group were(0. 77+0. 12)(g/mg,(0. 76+0. 10) g/mg,(68. 72+4. 75) ng/mg and(13. 73+2. 61),the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Jiedu Huoxue Decoction has obvious curative effect on wound healing. It can effectively reduce the secretion of wound and promote the content of hemoglobin and hydroxyproline in granulation,and accelerate the healing of wound.
