调气和血汤治疗高原红细胞增多症的疗效以及对HCY和NAP的影响

Curative Effect of Using Tiaoqi Hexue Decoction in the Treatment of Altitude Polycythemia and the Influence on HCY and NAP

目的:观察调气和血汤治疗高原红细胞增多症的疗效以及对HCY和NAP的影响。方法:将94例高原红细胞增多症患者随机分为两组:研究组和对照组各47例,对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐和卡托普利治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上,给予调气和血汤治疗。治疗疗程为4周。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标、Hcy、NAP阳性率和NAP积分以及治疗疗效。结果:研究结果显示,两组治疗后全血低切还原粘度、全血高切还原粘度以及血浆粘度显著低于治疗前,组间比较结果显示,研究组治疗后全血低切还原粘度、全血高切还原粘度以及血浆粘度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Hb、Hct和RBC指标显著低于治疗前,组间比较结果显示,研究组治疗后Hb、Hct和RBC指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Hcy、NAP阳性率和NAP积分显著低于治疗前,组间比较结果显示,研究组治疗后Hcy、NAP阳性率和NAP积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究在治疗总有效率为85.11%显著高于对照组的65.96%(P<0.05)。结论:调气和血汤辅助治疗高原红细胞增多症,可以改善血流速度,降低血液粘稠度,减轻心肌损伤,提高治疗效果,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Tiaoqi Hexue Decoction on altitude polycythemia and its influence on HCY and NAP. Methods: 94 patients with high altitude polycythemia patients were randomly divided into two groups: study group and controlled group with 47 cases in each group,the controlled group was treated with Low Molecular Dextran and Kato Pury,the study group was given Tiaoqi Hexue Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Blood rheology indexes,positive rate of Hcy,NAP and NAP integral and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The results showed that whole blood low shear reduction viscosity,whole blood high shear reduction viscosity and plasma viscosity after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,comparison between groups showed that whole blood low shear reduction viscosity,whole blood high shear reduction viscosity and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than the controlled group(P < 0. 05); The two group after treatment,Hb,Hct and RBC were significantly lower than that before treatment,comparison between groups showed that the Hb of the study group after treatment,Hct and RBC were significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0. 05); The two groups after treatment,Hcy,NAP positive rate and NAP score were significantly lower than that before treatment,comparison between groups showed that,Hcy the positive rate of NAP and the NAP score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than the controlled group(P< 0. 05);Research in the treatment of the total efficiency of 85. 11% was significantly higher than that of the controlled group 65. 96%(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Using Tiaoqi Hexue Decoction in the treatment of polycythemia can improve blood flow velocity,reduce blood viscosity,relieve myocardial injury,improve treatment effect,and has higher clinical value.
