固本消汤联合NP方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Inflence Study of Guben Xiaozhen Decoction Combined with NP Program for Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察固本消汤联合NP方案对中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年1月间在本院接受治疗,中医证型为阴虚毒热型并经过细胞学或者病理学的检测确诊为原发性的NSCLC患者106例,依据随机数字表法将患者分成两组:对照组(53例)采用NP的化疗方案,联合组(53例)在对照组基础上加用固本消汤;观察两组患者的近期疗效情况,NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞(CD8+、CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+)、血清肿瘤标志物含量变化情况及患者毒副反应情况。结果:经过治疗后,联合组患者总的有效率为52.83%,高于对照组的41.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者CD8+水平明显下降,CD4+/CD8+明显上升,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者CD3+、CD4+、NK/%较治疗前明显下降,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血清SCCAg、CEA、CYFRA21-1及NSE均明显下降,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组患者效果更佳,治疗后与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:固本消汤结合NP化疗方案对NSCLC患者疗效显著,可以明显改善患者自身的免疫功能,且毒副反应较轻。

Objective: To study the effect of Guben Xiaozhen Decoction combined with NP program for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: TCM syndrome type of Yin-deficiency and toxic-heat and by cytology or pathology diagnosis for primary NSCLC patients 106 cases were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital for treatment,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups: controlled group(53 cases) with chemotherapy regimen NP,combined group(53 cases) in the controlled group based on the use of the Guben Xiaozheng Decoction; Observing the curative effect of the two groups of patients,the activity of NK cells and T lymphocytes(CD8+,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+),the changes of serum tumor markers and patient toxicity content. Results: After treatment,a group of patients with the total effective rate was 52. 83%,higher than 41. 51% in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05); CD8+in combined group decreased significantly,CD4+/CD8+increased significantly,with statistically significant differences before treatment(P<0. 05). The patients in the control group CD3+,CD4+NK/% decreased significantly than that before treatment,there was statistically significant difference(P < 0. 05); The two groups of patients with serum SCCAg,CEA,CYFRA21 ~ 1 and NSE were significantly decreased,compared with before treatment was statistically significant difference(P <0. 05),with better effect and combined group after treatment compared with the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Guben Xiaozheng Decoction combined with NP chemotherapy for NSCLC patients has significant curative effect,can significantly improve the immune function of the patient's own,and low toxicity.
