自拟益气扶正化毒汤联合NP方案化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及预后的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Self-made Yiqi Fuzheng Huadu Decoction Combined with NP Regimen Chemotherapy for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and the Impact on Prognosis

目的:观察自拟益气扶正化毒汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床疗效及预后的影响。方法:搜集我院晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例,随机将其分成对照组及观察组,对照组予西医常规化疗方法进行治疗,观察组在西医常规化疗基础上予自拟益气扶正化毒汤加减治疗,4周为1个疗程,连续观察2个疗程,随访半年。观察两组患者的临床疗效,生活质量、测定治疗前后免疫学指标、胸苷激酶TK1水平,在并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组与对照组比较临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),免疫学各指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量改善率明显忧于对照组(P<0.05),胸苷激酶TK1水平明显低于对照组。结论:自拟益气扶正化毒汤对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者临床疗效显著,有利于改善预后,可在临床应用中进一步推广。

To observe the effect of Self-made Yiqi Fuzheng Huadu Decoction on clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: Collected 80 cases of patients in our hospital with advanced non small cell lung cancer,were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,the controlled group was treated with conventional chemotherapy treatment,the observation group in the conventional western medicine on the basis of chemotherapy treated by Yiqi Fuzheng Huadu Decoction,4 weeks as 1 course of treatment,continuous observation of 2 courses. Follow up for half a year. The clinical efficacy,quality of life,immune index and thymidine kinase TK1 level before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: The observation group compared with the controlled group,the clinical curative effect was better than that of the controlled group(P<0. 05),the index of immunology was significantly better than the controlled group(P<0. 05),the improvement rate of life quality was much better than the controlled group(P<0. 05),thymidine kinase TK1 levels were significantly lower than that of the controlled group. Conclusion: Yiqi Fuzheng Huadu Decoction is effective in the treatment of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer,and it can improve the prognosis,and can be further promoted in clinical application.
