Case Analysis of LI Chunsheng Who has Used Classical Prescriptions in the Treatment of Geriatric Diseases

目的:总结传承名老中医运用经方治疗老年病的诊治思路。方法:跟随李春生老师门诊,总结归纳其运用经方治疗老年病的诊疗思路,医案经验,并加以体会和总结。结果:李春生老师诊治患者,中医理论体系严谨。秉承先辨病,再辨证原则。准确把握老年患者复杂多发疾病的症结,用药讲究分清轻重缓急,灵活运用经方,合理治疗疾病。结论:李春生老师灵活运用经方治疗老年病,辨证准确选方合理,并且根据老年患者病情复杂的特点,调整药味及药品用量,因此常常获得满意的疗效。

Objective: This study was to summarize LI Chunsheng's clinical experience of diagnostic procedures and treatments in traditional Chinese medicine for geriatric diseases. Methods: Summarizing the diagnostic procedures and the use of classic prescriptions for geriatric diseases by shadowing LI Chunsheng and reading his medical logs. Results: LI Chunsheng logically gave diagnoses to patients based on traditional Chinese medicine theories. His logic of medical diagnosis was to distinguish diseases before syndromes. As a fact that the interactions of multiple geriatric diseases usually made it more complex to adjust,LI Chunsheng had his own way to put classic prescriptions together and provided the treatments to the point with precise selections and amounts of herbs. Conclusion: LI Chunsheng has won an outstanding reputation among patients for the satisfactions of the treatment results. This success has resulted from his excellent operations of diagnostic procedures and accurately uses of classic prescriptions on complicated geriatric diseases.
