脊神经定位诊断结合手三阳经循经取穴治疗神经根型颈椎病随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Trial of Applying the Diagnosis of Spinal Nerve Localization Combined with Acupoints Along the hand sanyang Meridian in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:采用"脊神经定位诊断结合手三阳经循经取穴法"与常规针刺法进行随机对照研究,评价本法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将140例患者随机分为2组:治疗组和对照组各70例,治疗组采用脊神经定位诊断结合手三阳经循经取穴法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺法,比较两组的临床疗效评价及第1、3个月随访。结果:在第二疗程后进行临床疗效评价,治疗组与对照组临床疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.05);1个月、3个月随访,两组维持率均保持在较高水平,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:治疗组的综合临床疗效优于对照组;两种针刺取穴方法在短期内均能较好的维持针刺后的治疗效果。

Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR) by comparing the"spinal nerve localization diagnosis combined with hand Sanyang meridian acupoint selection method"and the conventional acupuncture method for randomized controlled trial. Methods: One hundred and forty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,with 70 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with spinal nerve localization diagnosis combined with hand Sanyang meridian acupoints selection method,while those in the controlled group were treated with routine acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the follow-up were conducted at first and third month. Results: In the second course of clinical efficacy evaluation,the treatment group and the controlled group of clinical efficacy was significantly different(P<0. 05). The first and third month's follow-up,the maintain rates of the two groups were all maintained at a high level,and no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The comprehensive clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group. Both acupuncture acupoint selection methods can maintain the therapeutic effect after acupuncture in short time.
