中医特色护理技术在绝经后骨质疏松症患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Technique in Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的:观察中医特色护理技术在绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年3月至2017年6月我院收治的PMOP患者74例为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组在骨质疏松治疗仪治疗过程中给予西医护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医特色护理技术,观察两组干预结果。结果:观察组干预有效率86.49%显著高于对照组64.86%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束后两组BMD、OPG均升高,B-ALP、RANK均降低,且观察组BMD、OPG均高于对照组,B-ALP、RANK均低于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预结束后观察组骨折发生率2.70%(1/37)低于对照组21.62%(8/37),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理在PMOP患者中应用效果较好,能显著改善患者BMD及骨代谢指标,减少骨折发生,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the application effects of TCM characteristic nursing technique in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods:74 cases of patients with PMOP admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to June 2017 were selected for the study and were divided into observation group and controlled group with 37 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The controlled group was given western medicine nursing during the treatment of osteoporosis treatment instrument,and observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing technique on this basis.The intervention results were observed in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(86.49%vs 64.86%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the BMD and OPG were increased while the B-ALP and RANK were decreased in the two groups,and the BMD and OPG in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group while the B-ALP and RANK were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of fractures in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group after intervention[2.70%(1/37)vs 21.62%(8/37)](P<0.05).Conclusions:TCM characteristic nursing has good application effects on patients with PMOP,and it can significantly improve the BMD and bone metabolic indexes,and reduce the occurrence of fractures.Therefore it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
