《伤寒论》喘证类方的量效分析

Dose Effect Analysis of Asthma in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

目的:量化分析《伤寒论》喘证类方的特点,分析其治疗喘证的思路。方法:收集《伤寒论》条文明确涉及"喘证"的方剂,同种药物不同剂量、炮制方法不同为不同的对象处理。运用属性偏序原理将方剂划分为不同的簇集,应用双层频权剪叉算法,计算每个药物的功效权值,进而计算每个簇集的功效权值以及判定强度级别,最后归纳病机的特点。结果:第一簇集Ⅲ级功效有补心、补血、解毒、祛风、祛痰、止痛、平喘、止咳、降气、治心悸、解表;Ⅱ级功效有补脾、治头痛、行气、祛湿、除烦;Ⅰ级功效有健脾、清胃、益胃、补肝、补气、凉血、安神、清热、止呕、化饮;-Ⅰ级功效有温脾、温胃、固表、补阳、温阳、生津、润燥;-Ⅱ级功效有滋阴。第二簇集Ⅲ级功效有通便、行气、祛痰、消积满、清大肠;Ⅱ级功效有消痈疮;Ⅰ级功效有清胃、利咽、清热、祛湿、降气、宽胸;-Ⅰ级功效有温脾、温胃、生津、止泻;-Ⅱ级功效有补脾、益胃、和胃、补气、散寒;-Ⅲ级功效有安胎。第三簇集Ⅲ级功效有:温肺、补肾、补心、祛风、散寒、祛痰、止痛、平喘、止咳、降气;Ⅱ级功效有:温经、温阳、除痹;Ⅰ级功效有:温脾、温胃、补肝、治头痛、补气、止泻、止呕、消肿、解表;-Ⅰ级功效有:润肺、清胃、清心、固表、生津、凉血;-Ⅱ级功效有:清热;-Ⅲ级功效有:清肺、滋阴。结论:喘证辨治重视扶正祛邪,且与五脏相关。

Objective:To analyze therapeutic method of asthma in discussion of cold-induced disorders quantitatively and further.Methods:First,we collected prescriptions of asthma.Different doses and processing methods of drugs needed to be divided into different objects.Then,all formula were divided into different clusters based on the theory of attribute partial order.Next,we calculated the value of efficacy of each drug,and then calculate weigh and level of efficacy about all clusters by the double layer spectrum weighted cross cutting algorithm.Finally,we explained the synergy pattern and pathogenesis of asthma.Results:In the first cluster,the levelⅢefficacies were tonifying heart,tonifying blood,ispelling wind,dispel phlegm,relieving pain,calm panting,suppress cough,downbear Qi,relieving palpitation and release the exterior.The levelⅡefficacies were tonifying spleen,relieving headache,promoting the circulation of Qi,dispel dampness and relieving restlessness.The levelⅠefficacies were tonifying spleen,clearing stomach heat,benefit the stomach,tonifying liver and Qi,cool the blood,calm the mind,clearing heat,preventing vomiting and transforming rheum.The level-Ⅰefficacies were warming spleen and the stomach,securing the exterior,tonifying Yang,warming Yang,promoting fluid production and moistening dryness.The level-Ⅱefficacy was nourishing Yin.In the second cluster,the levelⅢefficacies were relaxing the bowels,promoting the circulation of Qi,dispel phlegm,and clearing colon.The levelⅡefficacy was clearing ulcerative carbuncle.The levelⅠefficacies were clearing the stomach,relieving sore throat,clearing heat,dispelling damp,sending down Qi and relieving stuffiness of the chest,level-Ⅰefficacies were warming spleen and the stomach,promoting the secretion of saliva and relieving diarrhoea.The level-Ⅱefficacies were tonifying spleen,reinforcing the stomach,Harmonize the stomach,tonifying Qi and dispelling cold.The level-Ⅲefficacy was miscarriage prevention.In the third cluster,the levelⅢefficacies were warming the lungs,tonifying the kidneies,tonifying the heart,dispelling wind,dispelling cold,dispel phlegm,relieving pain,calm panting,suppress cough,downbear Qi.The levelⅡefficacies were:Warm the meridians,tonifying Yang,relieve impediment.The levelⅠefficacies were:Warming spleen and the stomach,tonifying liver,relieving headache,tonifying Qi,preventing diarrhea,preventing vomiting,eliminate edema,release the exterior.The level-Ⅰefficacies were:Moistening the lung,clearing stomach heat,clearing the heart,securing the exterior,fluid production,cool the blood.The level-Ⅱefficacies was:Clearing heat.The level-Ⅲefficacy were:Clearing the lung and nourishing Yin.Conclusion:Treatment of asthma were mainly about strengthening healthy Qi and eliminating pathogens,and maintaining balance of viscera.
