Treatment of Acne with New Nine Needles Combined Therapy

痤疮又称"青春痘",是一种以雄激素分泌异常为主的慢性炎症性皮肤病,是皮肤科常见的疾病之一。痤疮的发生不仅损毁患者的容貌,影响其面部美观,更能使患者产生如神经衰弱、恐惧症、焦虑症等的神经症状及与人交往时缺乏自信、自卑感严重等社交障碍,严重影响了患者的人格倾向及日常生活,其心理影响程度不亚于哮喘、冠心病、腰腿痛等疾病^([1～2])。因此及早改善痤疮的症状,防止其进一步损容刻不容缓。笔者通过临床的跟师学习,总结出以新九针为主,结合中药治疗痤疮的诊疗特色,对于尽快改善患者的面部症状,减少损容的发生机率,提高患者自信心,以期为痤疮的综合治疗提供思路和方法。

Acne,also known as acne,is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with abnormal androgen secretion,and is one of the common diseases in dermatology.The occurrence of acne not only damages the appearance of patients,affects their facial beauty,but also causes neurological symptoms such as neurasthenia,phobia,anxiety disorders and social disorders such as lack of self-confidence and inferiority complex when communicating with others.It seriously affects the personality and daily life of patients,and its psychological impact is no less than that of others.Diseases such as asthma,coronary heart disease,lumbago and leg pain.Therefore,it is imperative to improve acne symptoms and prevent further damage.Through clinical follow-up study,the author has summarized that the new nine needles,combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne,can improve patients facial symptoms as soon as possible,reduce the incidence of lesions,improve patients’self-confidence,in order to provide ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of acne.
