柔肝通络汤联合依达拉奉对脑梗死模型大鼠脑可塑性物质及结构影响作用 被引量:2

Effect of Rougan Tongluo Decoction Combined with Edaravone on Brain Plasticity and Structure for Rats with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:分析柔肝通络汤联合依达拉奉对脑梗死模型大鼠脑可塑性物质及结构影响。方法:选取SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机数字表法将大鼠分成三组,正常组、模型组与观察组,每组各20只。除正常组其他各组大鼠制备脑梗死模型,给药后7天随机选取8只大鼠,给药后21天选取剩余大鼠,断颈处死后选取脑组织内缺血中心位置冠状脑片,行HE染色,免疫检测大鼠冠状脑片内突触素(SY38)及神经微丝蛋白(NFP-200)表达状况。结果:给药7天、21天时模型组大鼠SY38、NFP-200表达量比正常组下降,观察组比模型组上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉结合柔肝通络汤可使脑梗死大鼠脑组织内NFP-200、SY38表达量升高,降低神经细胞和毛细血管缺血性受损,加速突出超微结构功能变强。 Objective:To analyze the effect of Rougong Tongluo Decoction combined with Edaravone on brain plasticity and structure for rats with cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty Wistar male rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into three groups:normal group,model group and observation group,with 20 rats in each group.In addition to the rats in the normal group,the cerebral infarction model was prepared.Eight rats were randomly selected 7 days after the administration.The remaining rats were selected 21 days after the administration.After the neck was sacrificed,the ischemic center position of the brain was selected.HE staining was performed to detect the expression of synaptophysin(SY38)and neurofilament protein(NFP-200)in rat coronary slices.Results:The expression levels of SY38 and NFP-200 in the model group were lower than those in the normal group at 7 days and 21 days after administration.The observation group was higher than the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Rougan Tongluo Decoction can increase the expression of NFP-200 and SY38 in brain tissue of rats with cerebral infarction,reduce the ischemic damage of nerve cells and capillaries,and accelerate the prominent ultrastructural function to become strong.
