清金化痰汤治疗痰热郁肺型咳嗽(肺部感染)疗效评价研究

Curative Effect of Using Qingjin Huatan Decoction in the Treatment of Phlegm-heat Stagnating Lung Pattern of Cough(Pulmonary Infection)

目的:观察清金化痰汤治疗痰热郁肺型咳嗽(肺部感染)的疗效。方法:选择我院呼吸内科2015年7月～2017年7月收治的住院患者120例,采用随机区组设计将分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清金化痰汤治疗,14天后比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及炎症指标改善情况,症状及体征缓解时间、抗菌药物使用时间和住院时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著较对照组高,治疗后两组中医证候积分及炎症因子水平较治疗前均显著降低,但观察组降低更明显(均P<0.05);观察组症状体征缓解时间、抗菌药物使用时间及住院时间均显著较对照组短(P<0.001),两组不良反应比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清金化痰汤联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型咳嗽(肺部感染)疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,且安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction on phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern of cough(pulmonary infection).Methods:A total of 120 inpatients admitted to department of respiratory medicine from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and controlled group(n=60).The controlled group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factors,relief time of symptoms and signs,time of using antibacterial agents and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group.The TCM syndrome scores and inflammatory factors in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment,but the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The relief time of symptoms and signs,time of using antibacterial agents and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the controlled group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone in the treatment of phlegm-heat stagnating lung pattern of cough(pulmonary infection),with safety.
