中药熏洗法联合针灸治疗痔疮临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Applying Chinese Herb Fumigation Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids

目的:观察中药熏洗法联合针灸治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2017.1～2017.10月收治的痔疮患者随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组患者给予中药方剂熏洗联合针灸治疗,对照组仅给予中药熏洗治疗,两组均以治疗3周后进行疗效评价。结果:两组治疗前便血、痔核脱出、肛门疼痛、肛门水肿积分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后便血、痔核脱出、肛门疼痛、肛门水肿积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后便血、痔核脱出、肛门疼痛、肛门水肿积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%高于对照组的70.00%,组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗法联合针灸治疗能更为有效的缓解痔疮患者临床症状及体征,疗效优于单纯中药熏洗治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of herb fumigation in combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:The patients with hemorrhoids who were admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were included in the study and randomized into observation group and controlled group.The patients in the observation group were given herb fumigation in combined with acupuncture,while the patients in the controlled group were only given herb fumigation.After 3-week treatment,the efficacy was evaluated.Results:The comparison of hematochezia,hemorrhoids prolapse,anal pain,and anal edema scores before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The hematochezia,hemorrhoids prolapse,anal pain,and anal edema scores after treatment were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The hematochezia,hemorrhoids prolapse,anal pain,and anal edema scores after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Chinese herb fumigation in combined with acupuncture can better and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs in patients with hemorrhoids,whose efficacy is superior to that by the single herb fumigation.
