加味五苓散联合西药对急性肾小球肾炎患者Cys-C、UREA、Scr的影响

Effect of Modified Wuling Powder Combined with Western Medicine on Cys-C,UREA and Scr for Patients with Acute Glomerulonephritis

目的:观察加味五苓散联合西药对急性肾小球肾炎患者Cys-C、UREA、Scr的影响。方法:选择2013年6月~2017年6月在我院收治的52例急性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象。随机数字表法分为2组,各26例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加以加味五苓散治疗。对比两组患者疗效、Cys-C、UREA、Scr、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白水平及蛋白尿转阴、血尿转阴、浮肿消退时间。结果:观察组总有效率为96.15%,明显高于对照组的73.08%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者Cys-C、UREA、Scr均明显下降,但观察组下降幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者24小时尿蛋白定量及尿微量白蛋白水平均明显降低,但观察组下降幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。蛋白尿转阴、血尿转阴及浮肿消退时间均明显较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:加味五苓散联合西药较常规使用西药可明显提高急性肾小球肾炎患者疗效、降低Cys-C、UREA、Scr、24小时尿蛋白定量及尿微量白蛋白水平,缩短蛋白尿转阴、血尿转阴及浮肿消退时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Modified Wuling Powder combined with western medicine on Cys-C,UREA and Scr for patients with acute glomerulonephritis.Methods:A total of 52 patients with acute glomerulonephritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017 were enrolled.Patients were divided into 2 groups using a random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The controlled group received routine western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Modified Wuling Powder on this basis.The efficacy of the two groups were compared,Cys-C,UREA,Scr,24 h urine protein quantitation,urinary microalbumin levels and proteinuria negative,hematuria to Yin,and edema regression time.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(73.08%)(P<0.05).After treatment,Cys-C,UREA and Scr were significantly decreased in the two groups,but the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urine protein and urine microalbumin levels were significantly lower in the two groups,but the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The time of proteinuria to Yin,hematuria to Yin and edema disappeared significantly shorter than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wuling Powder combined with western medicine can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with acute glomerulonephritis,reduce the levels of Cys-C,UREA,Scr,24 h urine protein and urine microalbumin,shorten the proteinuria,and hematuria.Turn over time and edema subsided time.
