肾移植手术患者术后口服加减芪萸仲柏汤对肾功能指标及免疫功能的影响分析

Effect of Oral Administration of Qiyu Zhongbai Decoction on Renal Function Indexes and Immune Function for Patients after Renal Transplantation

目的:观察肾移植手术患者术后口服加减芪萸仲柏汤对肾功能指标及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择医院2012年10月~2017年10月收治的肾移植手术患者125例,按照随机数表法分为观察组(63例)和对照组(62例),肾移植术后,对照组采用常规免疫抑制治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加用芪萸仲柏汤进行治疗,两组均持续用药3个月并随访6个月。对比两组治疗前后的疗效、血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、内生肌酐清除率、淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、CD4+T淋巴细胞内三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、CD4+/CD8+水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组患者的总有效率、内生肌酐清除率、TLC及CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP水平及不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾移植后口服芪萸仲柏汤可有效降低血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸及CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP水平,内生肌酐清除率、TLC及CD4+/CD8+明显升高,疗效显著,不良反应较少。

Objective:To analyze the effect of oral administration of Qiyu Zhongbai Decoction on renal function indexes and immune function for patients after renal transplantation.Methods:125 cases of patients with renal transplantation admitted to the hospital from October 2012 to October 2017 were selected and divided into observation group(63 cases)and controlled group(62 cases)according to random number table method.After renal transplantation,the controlled group was given conventional immunosuppressive therapy,and the observation group was additionally given Qiyu Zhongbai Decoction on this basis,and the two groups were continuously treated for 3 months and followed up for 6 months.The efficacy,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,total lymphocyte count(TLC),CD4+T-lymphocyte adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and CD4+/CD8+levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,TLC and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,and CD4+T lymphocyte ATP,and the incidence rate of the adverse reactions were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Oral administration of Qiyu Zhongbai Decoction can effectively reduce the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood uric acid and CD4+T lymphocyte ATP,and significantly increase endogenous creatinine clearance rate,TLC and CD4+/CD8+,and it has few adverse reactions.
