椒辛散对输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者血清相关炎症因子表达的影响

Effect of Jiaoxin Powder on the Expression of Serum Related Inflammatory Factors for Patients with Fallopian Tube Obstruction Infertility

目的:观察椒辛散治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)表达的影响;方法:选择60例输卵管炎症导致输卵管阻塞的不孕症患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规加中药内服治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加椒辛散脐部微波治疗,两组连续治疗3个疗程。采用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa法)测定两组患者治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平的变化;结果:治疗组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、CRP表达明显降低,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:常规加中药内服结合椒辛散脐部微波治疗能明显降低患者炎性因子的表达,有效改善输卵管环境,对输卵管梗阻性不孕症有一定的治疗作用,有利于患者怀孕与生产。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiaoxin Powder on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-a),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in serum of patients with tubal obstructive infertility.Methods:60 cases of infertility caused by tubal inflammation leading to fallopian tube obstruction were divided into controlled group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with conventional Chinese medicine and internal medicine.The treatment group was treated with Jiaoxin Powder umbilical microwave on the basis of the controlled group,and the two groups were treated for three consecutive courses.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa method)was used to determine the levels of TNF-a,IL-6,CRP before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the expression of TNF-a,IL-6,CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional Chinese medicine combined with Jiaoxin Powder umbilical microwave therapy can significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,effectively improve the fallopian tube environment,and have a certain therapeutic effect on tubal obstruction infertility,which is conducive to pregnancy and production.
