中药热奄包结合穴位注射治疗脊髓损伤后小便潴留37例

Treatment of 37Cases of Urinary Retention after Spinal Cord Injury with Thermal Bag and Acupoint Injection of Traditional Chinese Medicine

脊髓损伤后引起的小便潴留是脊髓损伤后常见并发症,极大程度的降低了患者的生活质量,给社会公共卫生防治带来了极大的压力。但是对于该病,无论中西医目前均没有特殊的治疗方法。笔者以中医辨证施护为基础,以'温通督阳'为治则,采用'中药热奄包结合穴位注射'进行治疗,初步取得一定疗效。

Urinary retention after spinal cord injury is a common complication after spinal cord injury,which greatly reduces the quality of life of patients and brings great pressure to the prevention and treatment of social public health.But for this disease,there is no special treatment method in both Chinese and western medicine at present.Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing of TCM,the author took'Wentong Duyang'as the treatment principle,and used'Heat-Pack of TCM combined with acupoint injection'to treat the disease,and achieved a preliminary effect.
