郑氏经穴推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Applying ZHENG’s Acupuncture Point Massage in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察郑氏经穴推拿对神经根型颈椎病患者疗效的影响。方法:2011年8月~2014年11月,采用郑氏经穴推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病患者64例,男24例、女40例,年龄30~60岁。每周连续治疗5天,间隔2天后开始下一周的治疗,共治疗4周。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后,采用参照田中靖久颈部神经根症治疗成绩判定基准和11点疼痛程度数字等级量表(NRS-11)制定神经根型颈椎病症状体征积分评价患者颈部症状的总体有效率。结果:本组64例患者均顺利完成治疗。临床痊愈26例;显效37例;有效1例;无效0例,临床痊愈占40.6%,显效占57.8%,有效占1.5%,有效率为100%。结论:郑氏经穴推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病,有利于缓解颈肩部症状,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of ZHENG’s acupuncture point massage on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:From August 2011 to November 2014,64 patients(24 males and 40 females,aged 30~60 years)with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were treated with ZHENG’s acupuncture point massage.Treatment was continued for 5 days every week,and the next week’s treatment was started after 2 days interval,for a total of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the overall effective rate of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was evaluated by the NRS-11 symptom and physical signs score based on the therapeutic performance of Yasuhisa Tanaka cervical radiculopathy and the NRS-11.Results:All the 64 patients completed the treatment successfully.Clinical recovery of 26 cases;37 cases showed significant effect.One case was effective.There were no effective cases,clinical recovery accounted for 40.6%,obvious effect accounted for 57.8%,effective accounted for 1.5%,effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with ZHENG’s acupoint massage is helpful to relieve the symptoms of neck and shoulder and improve the mental state of the patients.
