电针结合综合护理治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Electroacupuncture Combined with Comprehensive Nursing in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:观察电针结合综合护理方法与常规西药治疗带状疱疹患者的临床疗效差异。方法:将120例带状疱疹患者随机分配到治疗组与对照组各60例,对照组口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片和甲钴胺片,共服用14天;治疗组采用电针结合综合护理方法治疗,共治疗14天。最终观察两组患者临床疗效、疼痛指标、疱疹指标。结果:治疗后两组组间VAS评分差异有统计学意义;治疗组的疼痛开始缓解时间早于对照组,且疼痛持续时间短于对照组;治疗组脱痂时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。疗效比较:两组综合疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照组。结论:电针结合综合护理治疗带状疱疹疗效明确,建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of applying electro-acupuncture combined with comprehensive nursing and conventional western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:120 patients with herpes zoster were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the controlled group,60 cases in each group.The controlled group took Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets and Mecobalamin Yablets orally for 14 days.The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with comprehensive nursing methods for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,pain index and herpes index were observed in the two groups.Results:There was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment.The pain relief time of the treatment group was earlier than that of the controlled group,and the pain duration was shorter than that of the controlled group.The scab removal time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Therapeutic effect comparison:there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the cure rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:Electro acupuncture combined with comprehensive nursing is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster,and it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
