不同时间点小茴香热敷腹部对急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能恢复的作用

Effect of Fennel Heat on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery for Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:评价不同时间点小茴香热敷腹部促进急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法:将纳入的96例患者随机分为观察Ⅰ组、观察Ⅱ组和对照组,每组各32例。三组患者均采取常规治疗护理方案,观察Ⅰ组和观察Ⅱ组分别于入院第1天和第3天开始小茴香热敷腹部干预,观察首次排气或排便时间。结果:观察Ⅰ组首次排气或排便时间(61.82±10.41)h,观察Ⅱ组为(63.07±9.59)小时,对照组(62.29±10.27)小时,三组排气或排便时间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察Ⅰ组与观察Ⅱ组及对照组比较,首次排气或排便时间均缩短。结论早期进行小茴香热敷腹部可有效促进急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能恢复。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of fennel heat on the recovery of gastrointestinal function for patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:96 patients were randomly divided into observation group I,observation group II and controlled group,each with 32 cases.In all three groups of patients,the routine treatment and care program was adopted.The first group and the second group were observed to start the anise hot compressing abdominal intervention on the first day and the third day of admission respectively,and the first exhaust or defecation time was observed.Results:The time of first exhaust or defecation in group I was(61.82±10.41)h,that in group II was(63.07±9.59)h,and that in control group was(62.29±10.27)h.There was a significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).The time of first exhaust or defecation in the group I was shorter than that in the group II and the controlled group.Conclusion:Early use of fennel heat on the abdomen can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with acute pancreatitis.
