止嗽散治疗外感咳嗽病的文献研究

Literature Research of Zhisou Powder on Treating Cough Caused by Exogenous Pathogenic Factors

咳嗽为临床常见病症,以外感咳嗽居多。风寒咳嗽代表方止嗽散应用临床200多年来疗效显著,但是对于其治法的理论研究较少,同时止嗽散合方治疗咳嗽病的规律研究不足。本文从文献研究角度结合临床体会,总结了辛宣温润法治疗外感咳嗽的历史源流及立论依据,对止嗽散为基础方的外感咳嗽病辨证论治规律进行了总结,以期更好地指导临床。

Cough as a common clinical symptom,is mostly with exogenous cough.Zhisou Powder as cold cough representative prescription has been applied for more than 200 years,but its theoretical research is less.Meanwhile,the law of stopping cough and dispersing decoction is not enough.Based on the perspective of literature research and clinical experience,this paper summarizes the historical origin and theoretical basis of dispersing and nourishing method in treating exogenous cough,and summarizes the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on Zhisou Powder for external cough,so as to better guide clinical practice.
