再论“心肺有病,而鼻为之不利”理论的临床意义

Further Discussion on the Clinical Guiding Significance of “Cardiopulmonary Lesions,Nostrils Are not Fluent”

中医学经典《素问·五脏别论》有'五气入鼻,藏于心肺,心肺有病,而鼻为之不利也'的记载,历代医家对这句论述鲜有深刻体会,即使有所发挥,也主要集中论述鼻病从心肺论治可以收到良好效果[1~2],笔者认为仅仅限于这个层面的阐述有一定的局限性。本文重点从心病论述鼻为之不利,以期更全面理解学习经典,灵活运用经典服务于临床。

The classic Chinese medicine classic Su Wen·Wuzang Bielun is:'Five Qi into the nose,hidden in the heart and lungs,cardiopulmonary lesions,nostrils are not fluent'.The doctors of the past dynasties rarely had a deep understanding of this sentence.Even if it was discussed,they mainly focused on the fact that nasal diseases could receive good results from cardiopulmonary treatment.The author believes that the elaboration of this level is limited.This article focuses on the disadvantage of the nose from the heart disease,in order to understand and study the classics more comprehensively,and flexibly use the classics to serve the clinic.
