为探讨植物组织与细胞培养技术作为重要辅助手段在植物育种中的作用,简述了组织与细胞培养技术在优良品种快繁及脱毒、突变体筛选、远缘杂交、单倍体育种、基因工程、种质资源保护等应用研究领域所获得的突破,以期为今后植物组织培养育种提供参考。

In order to discuss the function of plant tissue and cell culture technology which was an important supplementary means for plant breeding, the breakthroughs of tissue and cell culture techniques in the fields of rapid propagation and detoxification of fine cultivars, screening of mutants, distant hybridization, haploid breeding, genetic engineering and germplasm resources protection were reviewed, hoping to provide a reference for plant breeding in the future.
