Analysis of Vegetable Price in Beijing in Recent 8 Years

通过对近8年北京市新发地批发市场上10种常见蔬菜旬平均价格进行分析,其旬平均价格符合"一峰一谷型、两峰两谷型"等年度间交替波动的特点,并分别对番茄和菠菜进行了价格变化分析,总结出北京不同蔬菜价格变化规律,以及影响北京市蔬菜价格波动的因素,并针对北京蔬菜生产提出了建议。

Based on the analysis of the ten-day average price of ten kinds of common vegetables in the wholesale market of Beijing Xinfadi in the past eight years,the ten-day average price of common vegetables was conformed to the characteristics of annual fluctuations such as one peak,one valley and two peaks and two valleys.The price trend of tomato and spinach were analyzed,the law of price change of different kinds of vegetable and the influencing factors of vegetable price fluctuation in Beijing were summarized.The proposals on vegetable production were submitted.
