The concept of organic dryland agriculture,the natural conditions of Shanxi province,development history,development measures and influence factors of organic dryland agriculture in Shanxi province were summarized.Some suggestions were put forward on the basis of culture and education,policy environment,market and other issues,which included careful organization of government,innovativing investment mechanism,strengthening technological innovation and so on.
