Review on the Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

为了寻求方便快捷、经济适用和安全可靠的农药残留检测方法,对蔬菜中农药残留检测的快速检测法和仪器分析法2大类型检测技术的不同检测方法的原理、特点、适用范围和主要优缺点等进行了系统的介绍和分析比较,并对当前蔬菜中农药残留检测的新技术和新方法进行了展望。

In order to find a convenient,economical,safe and reliable method for pesticide residue detection,the principles,characteristics,application scope,main advantages and disadvantages of two different detection methods which were rapid detection method and instrument detection method for pesticide residue detection in vegetables were systematically introduced and compared.The new technologies and methods for pesticide residue detection in vegetables were prospected.
