为了为农产品质量安全检测及监管工作提供理论保障,就近年来农药残留快速检测技术的发展,分析了蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测技术的原理、方法、结果判定等。对农药残留检测与农产品质量安全的重要性进行了讨论,并提出建议,如加强农业投入品监管、强化农产品例行监测、加强品牌认证、推进质量安全追溯工作、开展风险预测评估等。

In order to provide theoretical guarantee for the inspection and supervision of agricultural product quality and safety,the principle,method and result determination of the rapid detection technology of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables were analyzed based on the development of the rapid detection technology of pesticide residues in recent years.The importance of pesticide residue detection and quality safety of agricultural products were discussed.Suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the supervision of agricultural inputs,enhancing routine monitoring of agricultural products,strengthening brand certification,promoting quality and safety traceability,carrying out risk prediction and evaluation and so on.
