水肥一体氮肥减量追施对西兰花产量、品质和氮肥利用率的影响 被引量:7

The Influence of Decreasing Dressing Nitrogen Fertilizer on the Yield, Quality of Broccoli and the Nitrogen Use Efficiency Under the Integration of Water and Fertilization

摘要 为探讨水肥一体化措施下氮肥减量追施对西兰花产量、效益、品质和氮肥利用效率等的影响,试验设置了5个施肥处理。结果表明:与菜农常规施肥相比,水肥一体氮肥减量追施处理VC含量呈先上升后下降趋势,硝酸盐含量呈下降趋势;水肥一体氮肥减量追施可提高氮肥当季利用率2.42~3.69个百分点。氮肥减量10%,西兰花产量较常规施肥减少0.19%,但经济效益提高0.29%,氮肥利用率为42.16%,建议推广应用。 In order to explore the effect of nitrogen fertilizer reduction and application on yield,benefit,quality and nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency of broccoli under the integration of water and fertilization,five fertilization treatments were set up.The results showed that compared with the conventional fertilizer application by vegetable farmers,VC content was increased first and then decreased and nitrate content was decreased under the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer.Fertilizer irrigation system combined with nitrogen fertilizer reduction could improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer from 2.42 to 3.69 percent.When the amount of nitrogen fertilizer reduced 10%,the yield of broccoli was decreased by 0.19%,but the economic benefit was increased by 0.29%and the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer was 42.16%,which was recommended to popularize and apply.
