摘要
综述了马铃薯产业的基本情况,分析了马铃薯产业扶贫的重要性及可行性,总结了马铃薯产业扶贫的进展,并针对马铃薯产业扶贫存在的问题,提出了马铃薯产业扶贫的对策,如做好马铃薯产业区域发展与扶贫模式规划,开展针对性的马铃薯产业技术创新与示范,培育贫困地区马铃薯产业的新型经营主体,强化马铃薯产业专业技术人员知识更新,加大马铃薯产区基础设施建设力度,引导增加马铃薯主粮化消费市场。
The basic situation of the potato industry was reviewed,the importance,feasibility and progress of poverty alleviation via potato industry was analyzed and summarized.In the light of the problems existing in the poverty alleviation via potato industry,some countermeasures were put forward,which contained well fined design for regional potato industry development and mode for poverty alleviation via potato industry,improvement of the innovative technology demonstration of potato industry,developing new main managing body of potato industry in poverty areas,strengthening knowledge updating of technical personnel,increasing investments in the infrastructure construction of main potato production regions,guiding consumption market of potatoes as staple food.
