摘要
本文在收集相关的资料基础上,对桑格的类型、化学成分、药理作用以及在食品工业中的开发利用等方面进行了探讨和研究。同时,探讨论证了桑椹在新疆已有四种类型,桑叶中有17种氨基酸,是一种优良的蛋白质资源。所以,新疆少数民族除了把它作为水果直接食用之外,还把它作为药使用。
Studies on the types of mulbery, chemical composition, medical effection, and the development of food industry, ect. have been carried out on the basis of various kinds of collection of relevant data. The paper explores and confirms that there are four sorts of mulberry in Xinjiang in which there are 17 amino acid in mulbery leaves that are excellent resourses of protein. As a result,it is not only used as fruit,but also a kind of medicine as well.
