摘要
本文从课程改革趋势出发 ,分析了教师参与课程开发的必要性以及教师参与课程开发的有利条件和不利因素 ,在此基础上 ,从政策保障、教师培训与提高、学校管理等方面提出了促进教师参与课程开发的策略。
This paper starting from the trend of curriculum reform,analyzes the necessity,the advantages and disadvantages,which teachers participate in curriculum development.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the strategies,which can spur teachers on to participating in curriculum development.From several aspects:policy insurance,teacher training and improvement,school management,and so on.
