老年2型糖尿病患者尿微量蛋白测定的临床意义

目的 探讨尿微量蛋白测定对老年 2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的临床价值。方法 用放射免疫分析法测定 82例老年 2型糖尿病患者及 35例健康老年人的尿α1 微球蛋白、β2 微球蛋白、尿转铁蛋白、白蛋白及免疫球蛋白G的含量。结果 随着老年 2型糖尿病患者病程的进展 ,其尿中五种微量蛋白均有显著升高 ,在早期尤以α1M最为显著 (P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1)。结论 对老年

Objective To evaluate clinical value of urinary microproteins measurement for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in aged patients.Methods The contents of urinary α 1 microglobulin,β 2 microglobulin,transferrin,albumin,and immunoglobulin were examined by RIA in 82 cases of elder type 2 diabetic patients and 35 elder healthy subjects.Results With the progression of diabetic course,the above five proteins were all obviously increased,especially the α 1 microglobulin was most obviously increased(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion The examination of urine five microproteins have valuable for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in aged patients.
