平阳霉素化疗联合放疗治疗老年口腔癌的近期疗效

Short term effect of combination of PYM with radiotherapy for the treatment of senile oral squamous carcinoma

目的 探讨平阳霉素化疗联合放疗治疗老年口腔癌的近期疗效。方法 对 5 2例老年口腔癌患者进行平阳霉素化疗联合放疗 ,按照国际通用标准 ,对所治病例进行近期疗效分析。结果 治疗结束时、6个月后口腔癌灶总缓解率分别为 88 5 %、85 7%。结论 平阳霉素化疗联合放疗的近期疗效是肯定的 。

Objective To study the short term effect of combination of PYM with radiotherapy for the treatment of senile oral squamous carcinoma.Methods Combination of PYM with radiotherapy was used in 52 cases with oral squamous carcinoma.The short term therapeutic effect was analyzed according to international standard.Results The short term remission rates at the end of the treatment and 6 months later were 88.5%,85.7% respertive.Conclusion Combination of PYM with radiotherapy is feasible for the treatment of senile oral squamous carcinoma.
