社交媒体视域下档案知识服务的转型思考

走向档案知识服务,是应对社交媒体时代知识传播格局转换的必然选择。本文运用社交媒体的研究视角,以档案知识服务转型的动力为研究出发点,关注档案部门在社交媒体环境下的转型方向,并根据档案知识服务既有成果,提出三个转型优势。通过研究发现,档案部门可以通过搭建与完善既有网络新媒体产业矩阵、重点服务垂直性知识社群、提供线上线下联动的知识服务等手段,推进档案知识服务转型快速高效完成。

Archives knowledge service is an inevitable choice for coping with the transformation of knowledge dissemination in social media era.Using the research perspective of social mediaand starting with the driving force of archive knowledge service transformation,the paper addresses the transformation direction of archival institutionsin social media environment,and proposes three transformation advantages according to the achievements of archive knowledge service.Through research,it is found that archival institutions can promote the rapid and efficient transformation of archive knowledge services by establishing and perfecting existing network new media industry matrix,focusing on vertical knowledge communities,and providing knowledge services online and offline.
