摘要 建立在N+1无交叉组织机构图上的研发绩效管理模式,避免了矩阵式交叉管理模式的弊端。根据制定的部门年度计划和员工年度计划,部门负责人定期回顾员工的年度计划,给员工足够的指导和解决问题、克服困难的方法,确保各项工作任务的顺利执行。部门负责人在年底时根据员工年度计划的完成情况进行考核,为员工加薪升级提供依据。 R&D performance management mode based on N+1 non-crossing organization chart has avoided the shortcomings ofmatrix cross management mode.According to annual plan of the department and employees,the department head shall regularlyreview the annual plan of employees,provide guidance and methods to employees,help them and conquer difficulties,ensurethat all working task shall be implemented smoothly.At the end of the year,the department head shall assess the completionconditions of the annual plan of employees,which will provide basis for salary increase and promotion for employees.
