中外合作办学毕业生就业现状分析及提升就业质量路径研究

Analysis on Current Employment Status and Research on Paths to Improve Employment Quality for Graduates from Sino-foreign Cooperative Education

高等教育全球化发展和"一带一路""中国制造2025"等国家战略实施,中外合作办学成为必然趋势,其为我国各行各业转型升级输送大量国际化人才。此文以某大学食品质量与安全(中英合作)专业为例,对中外合作办学毕业生就业现状、存在问题、提升路径、成效对比进行了调研分析,为进一步提高毕业生就业质量提供实践依据和理论指导。

The implementation of globalized development of higher education,“Belt and Road” and “Made in China 2025” andother national strategies have made it increasingly inevitable for universities to develop Sino -foreign cooperative education,which has provided numerous international talents for the transformation and upgrading of all walks of life in China.With theexample of majoring in Food Quality and Safety (Sino-UK cooperation) of a university,this paper has investigated and analyzedthe current employment status,existing problems,upgrade path and efficiency comparisons of graduates,which has providedpractical evidence and theoretical guidance to improve the employment quality of graduates
